住家飯 # 43
又來生鐵鍋大材小用的時間...師兄再用LeCreuset的鍋來煮雞翼...(每次煮這味雞翼...師兄又來想何解太平館會有那麼多擁躉...)
不知是師兄的水準提升了...或是LeCreuset的幫助...雞翼確是煮的很入味很腍...
"炒"是師兄最怕的烹煮方式...今晚都免為其難的炒了道芥蘭牛肉...
知足矣...
